Specialist training areas and instructor requirements
We recruit instructors to deliver both practical and classroom-based training across multiple disciplines.

On-road driving instructors: We require driving instructors for C1, C+E, D1, D, and an array of topics, including DCPC Module 4, driving assessments, interest days, and tail lift training.

Classroom roles: We are looking to recruit trainers to deliver ADR, driver CPC, first aid, fire marshal, leadership, and management in our classrooms.
We welcome experienced trainers while also supporting suitable candidates with training, although HGV licence holders must have a minimum of three years’ experience.
