Hamilton’s Driver Training in King’s Lynn are an approved Centre for the delivery of ADR Training. Whether you are an individual or a company with employee’s that want to transport dangerous goods in most road tankers, large tank containers, in bulk or in packages over a given amount, then you will need an ADR Training Qualification.
The ADR qualification is divided into:
Basic syllabus for carrying any class of dangerous goods.
Packages & Loose in Bulk:
For carrying any class of dangerous goods in (drums, sacks, cylinders, cartons) and loose in bulk (dust carts, skips and tippers etc)
Class 1: Explosives (sorry we do not offer this class)
Class 2: Gases; compressed, liquefied, dissolved under pressure or refrigerated
Class 3: Flammable liquids
Class 4: Flammable solids, substances liable to spontaneous combustion
Class 5: Oxidising substances and organic peroxides
Class 6: Toxic, harmful and infectious substances
Class 7: Radioactive (sorry we do not offer this class)
Class 8: Corrosives – Acids and Alkalis
Class 9: Miscellaneous dangerous substances and articles, e.g. asbestos, PCB’s and any substance or article not by the other classes

Our comprehensive training includes basic first aid and fire training. It is professional, practical and enjoyable.
To gain the certificate a driver must pass a series of written multiple-choice examinations. On successful completion of the the SQA examinations drivers will be able to safely and legally transport dangerous materials by road in the UK and Europe.
